KC series dead weight tester can measure pressures up to 100 MPa. They are mainly used in measurement and verification laboratories to verify digital pressure gauges, pressure sensors, pressure transmitters, precision pressure gauges and ordinary pressure gauges. Suitable for high-level metrology institutions, pressure instruments, instrument manufacturers and metrology departments of modern factories.

● Accuracy level: 0.05 level, 0.02 level, 0.01 level

● Instant measurement of pressure;

● With pre-pressure function, easy pressurization when high pressure;

● The piston cylinder and piston cylinder are made of tungsten carbide with high strength, high hardness, and low temperature linear expansion coefficient after careful grinding. The working temperature is wide and the performance is stable 20 ± 5 ℃

● Oil medium lubrication, high piston sensitivity;

● Super hard material, long piston life, negligible pressure deformation;

● Each weight has an adjustment cavity to facilitate periodic inspection and adjustment;

● Integrated casting base, strong and stable;

● All stainless steel pipe joints are well sealed and there is no aging problem of plastic pipes;

● With quick connector, the operation is light and easy to tighten without a wrench;

● The working position of the piston is monitored by a displacement sensor. The vertical stroke of the piston is 0 ~ 3mm. The meter display has the advantages of sensitivity, eye-catching, and accuracy;

● Grade 0.05 is carbon steel weight, grade 0.02 and above is non-magnetic stainless steel weight;
